The works consist of the refurbishment of the Church, the main elements being:
External stonework restoration, Demolish & rebuild sacristy and provide new toilets and committee room, Replace roof and structure, Replace ground floor, Internal refurbishment, Stained glass restoration, Structural Alterations, New Boiler House, Mechanical & Electrical services, Decoration, Plaster Mouldings,  Siteworks & drainage
